Charlie Daniels Says it Like it Is

I don’t know how everybody else feels about it, but to me I think Hispanic people in this country, legally or illegally, made a huge public relations mistake with their recent demonstrations.

I don’t blame anybody in the world for wanting to come to the United States of America, as it is a truly wonderful place. But when the first thing you do when you set foot on American soil is illegal it is flat out wrong and I don’t care how many lala land left heads come out of the woodwork and start trying to give me sensitivity lessons.

I don’t need sensitivity lessons, in fact I don’t have anything against Mexicans! I just have something against criminals and anybody who comes into this country illegally is a criminal and if you don’t believe it try coming into America from a foreign country without a passport and see how far you get. What disturbs me about the demonstrations is that it’s tantamount to saying, "I am going to come into your country even if it means breaking your laws and there’s nothing you can do about it.

"It’s an "in your face" action and speaking just for me, I don’t like it one little bit and if there were a half dozen pairs of gonads in Washington bigger than English peas it wouldn’t be happening.

Where are you, you bunch of lily livered, pantywaist, forked tongued, sorry excuses for defenders of The Constitution? Have you been drinking the water out of the Potomac again? And even if you pass a bill on immigration it will probably be so pork laden and watered down that it won’t mean anything anyway Besides, what good is another law going to do when you won’t enforce the ones on the books now?

And what ever happened to the polls, guys? I thought you folks were the quintessential finger wetters. Well you sure ain’t paying any attention to the polls this time because somewhere around eighty percent of Americans want something done about this mess, and mess it is and getting bigger everyday.This is no longer a problem, it is a dilemma and headed for being a tragedy. Do you honestly think that what happened in France with the Muslims can’t happen here when the businesses who hire these people finally run out of jobs and a few million disillusioned Hispanics take to the streets?

If you, Mr. President, Congressmen and Senators, knuckle under on this and refuse to do something meaningful it means that you care nothing for the kind of country your children and grandchildren will inherit. But I guess that doesn’t matter as long as you get re-elected.
Shame on you! One of the big problems in America today is that if you have the nerve to say anything derogatory about any group of people (except Christians) you are going to be screamed at by the media and called a racist, a bigot and anything else they can think of to call you.

Well I’ve been pounded by the media before and I’m still rockin’ and rollin’ and when it comes to speaking the truth I fear not. And the truth is that the gutless, gonadless, milksop politicians are just about to sell out the United States of America because they don’t have the intestinal fortitude to stand up to face reality.

And reality is that we would never allow any other group of people to have 12 million illegal in this country and turn around and say, "Oh it’s ok, ya’ll can stay here if you’ll just allow us to slap your wrist."And I know that some of you who read this column are saying, "Well what’s wrong with that?" I’ll tell you what’s wrong with it. These people could be from Mars as far as we know. We don’t know who they are, where they are or what they’re up to and the way the Congress is going we’re not going to.

Does this make sense? Labor force you say? We already subsidize corporate agriculture as it is, must we subsidize their labor as well? If these people were from Haiti would we be so fast to turn a blind eye to them or if they were from Somalia or Afghanistan? I think not.

All the media shows us are pictures of hard working Hispanics who have crossed the border just to try to better their life. They don’t show you pictures of the Feds rounding up members of MS 13, the violent gang who came across the same way the decent folks did. They don’t tell you about the living conditions of the Mexican illegal some fat cat hired to pick his crop.

I want to make two predictions:

No. 1: This situation is going to grow and fester until it erupts in violence on our streets while the wimps in Washington drag their toes in the dirt and try to figure how many tons of political hay they can make to the acre.

No 2: Somebody is going to cross that border with some kind of weapon of mass destruction and set it off in a major American city after which there will be a backlash such as this country has never experienced and the Capitol building in Washington will probably tilt as Congressmen and Senators rush to the other side of the issue.I don’t know about you but I would love to see just one major politician stand up and say, "I don’t care who I make mad and I don’t care how many votes I lose, this is a desperate situation and I’m going to lead the fight to get it straightened out." I don’t blame anybody for wanting to come to America , but if you don’t respect our immigration laws why should you respect any others? And by the way, this is America and our flag has stars and stripes. Please get that other one out of my face.

Yep! I passed it on...I’m sorry, but after hearing they want to sing OUR National Anthem in Spanish - enough is enough! Nowhere did they sing it in Italian, Japanese, Polish, Irish (Celtic), German, Portuguese, Greek, French, or any other language because of immigration.

It was written by Francis Scott Key and should be sung word for word the way it was written. The news broadcasts even gave the translation - not even close.
Sorry if this offends anyone, but this is MY COUNTRY. IF IT IS YOUR COUNTRY, SPEAK UP!

I am not against immigration - just come through like everyone else Get a sponsor; have a place to lay your head; have a job; pay your taxes; live by the rules; and LEARN THE LANGUAGE as all other immigrants have in the past and GOD BLESS AMERICA!

Think about this:
If you don’t want to forward this for fear of offending someone,YOU’RE PART OF THE PROBLEM!

Will we still be the Country of choice and still be America if we continue to make the changes forced on us by people from other countries who came to live in America because it is the Country of Choice?

Think about it!All we have to say is, when will someone do something about MY RIGHTS? We’ve gone so far the other way, bent over backwards to not offend anyone, that I am now being offended. But it seems no one has a problem with that.

We speak ENGLISH, not Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Russian, Greek, Polish, Italian, French, or any other language. Therefore, if you wish to become part of our society, learn the language!"

In God We Trust" is our national motto. This is not some Christian, right wing, political slogan. We adopted this motto because Christian men and women - on Christian principles - founded this nation, and this is clearly documented. It is certainly appropriate to display it on the walls of our schools. It is Time for America to Speak up. If you agree - pass this along; if you don’t agree - delete it!

What would you like to add to this article and the opinion of someone else who forwarded the article? I have never known in my life time such a wimpy, voiceless, lazy America. Have we all become clones of the establishment? Do we all really want globalism? If you don’t know anything about globalism, it’s time you did some work for yourself and your family and and find out -- FOR YOURSELF -- what globalism entails. Don’t listen to the media, globalism owns the media. Or least the people who are pushing globalism owns the media business. They own all the big businesses of the world. One world government. One world church. One world schools. One big world-wide police force, working under the flag of the United Nations. But you need to research this on your own. Charlie is right, this is only the beginning. Soon there will be Mexican trucks rolling on the Trans-America Highway to Canada and points north. We won’t have enough police to check out each truck. God only knows what those trucks will bring across our borders. But can’t you imagine -- drugs for starters, explosives, human slaves.

Stand up America. America was once a respected country. Why? Just think long and hard about that why. You know, deep down, what has happened, but you don’t want to get envolved in something that would take some your time. When the U.S. becomes a slave-producer-nation of the U.N., what will your time be worth? Forget it, you won’t have the freedom of your time anyway.

People, that is the New Age Plan for the future. The New Age philosophy is behind the U.N. And the Committee on Foreign Relations. And several other secret organizations.

Charlie was wrong about one thing -- it’s aleady PAST time to take action.

Classroom Desks

Back in September of 2005, on the first day of school, Martha Cothren, a social studies teacher at Robinson High School in Little Rock, Arkansas, did something not to be forgotten. On the first day of school, with permission of the school superintendent, the principal and the building supervisor, she took all of the desks out of her classroom.

The kids came into first period and there were no desks. They obviously looked around and said, "Ms. Cothren, where’s our desks?"

And she said, "You can’t have a desk until you tell me how you earn them."

"Well, maybe it’s our grades," they said.

"No," she said.

"Is it our behavior."

"No, it’s not even your behavior."

And so they came and went in the first period, no desks in the classroom. Second period, same thing; third period, same thing.

By early afternoon television news crews had gathered in Ms. Cothren’s class to find out about this crazy teacher who had taken all the desks out of her classroom.

The last period of the day Martha Cothren gathered her class. They were sitting on the floor around the sides of the room. "Throughout the day no one has really understood how you earn the desks that sit in this classroom ordinarily," she said, "Now I’m going to tell you."

Cothren went over to the door of her classroom and opened it, and as she did 27 U.S. veterans, wearing their uniforms, walked into that classroom, each one carrying a school desk. The veterans placed the desks in rows, and then they stood along the wall. By the time they had finished placing the desks, the kids, for the first time, perhaps in their lives understood how they earned those desks.

Martha said, "You don’t have to earn those desks. These guys did it for you. They put them in here for you, but it’s up to you to sit here responsibly to learn, to be good students and good citizens. They paid a price for you to have that desk, don’t ever forget it."

My friend, sometimes we forget where freedoms we have come from, not because of politicians. The freedoms are ours because of ordinary people who did extraordinary things. People who loved this country more than life itself. These people earned a school desk for a kid at the Robinson High School in Little Rock. But they also made it possible for all of us to enjoy this great land we call home, this wonderful nation that we better love enough to protect and preserve with the same kind of conservative, solid values and principles that made us a great nation.

"We live in the Land of the Free because of the brave."

Allah or The Lord Jesus Christ?

Last month I attended my annual training session that’s required for maintaining my state prison security clearance. During the training session there was a presentation by three speakers representing the Roman Catholic, Protestant and Muslim faiths, who explained each of their beliefs.

I was particularly interested in what the Islamic Imam had to say. The Imam gave a great presentation of the basics of Islam, complete with a video.

After the presentations, time was provided for questions and answers.

When it was my turn, I directed my question to the Imam and asked: "Please, correct me if I’m wrong, but I understand that most Imams and clerics of Islam have declared a holy jihad [Holy war] against the infidels of the world and, that by killing an infidel, (which is a command to all Muslims) they are assured of a place in heaven.

If that’s the case, can you give me the definition of an infidel?"

There was no disagreement with my statements and, without hesitation, he replied, "Non-believers!"

I responded, "So, let me make sure I have this straight. All followers of Allah have been commanded to kill everyone who is not of your faith so they can have a place in heaven. Is that correct?"

The expression on his face changed from one of authority and command to that of "a little boy who had just been caught with his hand in the cookie jar."

He sheepishly replied, "Yes."

I then said, "Well, sir, I have a real problem trying to imagine Pope John Paul commanding all Catholics to kill those of your faith or Dr. Stanley ordering all Protestants to do the same in order to guarantee them a place in heaven!"

The Imam was speechless!

I continued, "I also have a problem with being your ‘friend’ when you and your brother clerics are telling your followers to kill me! Let me ask you another question. Would you rather have your Allah, who tells you to kill me in order for you to go to heaven, or my Jesus who tells me to love you because I am going to heaven and He wants you to be there with me?"

You could have heard a pin drop as the Imam hung his head in shame.

Needless to say, the organizers and/or promoters of the ‘Diversification’ training seminar were not happy with Rick’s way of dealing with the Islamic Imam and exposing the truth about the Muslims’ beliefs.

In twenty years there will be enough Muslim voters in the U.S. To elect the President! Everyone in the U.S. should be required to read this, but with the liberal justice system, liberal media and the ACLU, there is no way this will be widely publicized.
